Casting
Casting is available from your device to the TV.
To connect, select the Chromecast button on your remote control and follow the instructions on the screen.
Check out time
Check Out time is 10am. Should you wish to keep your room beyond this time, please contact our reception team to request a late check out, subject to availability and applicable charges.
Emergency
Your safety is important to us, if you smell smoke or observe a fire please contact our Manager on Duty by dialing 9.
Please familiarise yourself with the nearest exit and assembly area, which are clearly marked on the evacuation diagram on the back of your door. In an emergency the lifts will not be accessible, please take the closest fire stairwell to exit the building.
If you require emergency services, please dial 000 or contact the Manager on Duty by dialing 9 on the in-room phone.
Housekeeping
All Rooms are serviced daily, or forgo your daily housekeeping service to receive a $10 drinks voucher or choose to donate to support a community partner.
To take part, contact reception by 9pm.
Maintenance
Should you find anything in your accommodation room that requires maintenance attention, please contact a member of our Reception team.

Smoking
RACV Torquay Resort is a 100% non-smoking facility, including vaping. Smoking and vaping is not permitted anywhere within the resort.
Should it be determined that smoking or vaping has taken place in a guestroom, there will be a daily charge of $250
